Menteon develops learning software for college freshmen and sophomores. Web, iPhone, and Android applications from Menteon make learning accessible through visual, audio, and touch-enabled lessons for core college courses. Students using Menteon have reported improved test scores, increased reading comprehension and retention, and a more facile learning experience.

Team
Sundar Nathan is founder and CEO of Menteon Learning, Inc. He guides the vision of the company in multiple roles. Prior to Menteon, Sundar has held roles in sales engineering with Fortune 100 companies such as Oracle, as well as technical training and consulting roles at Microsoft, BMC, and VMware. His responsibilities involved sales and technical pre-sales to prominent silicon-valley companies such as Charles Schwab, Bank of America, PG&E and Hewlett Packard. Mr. Nathan was responsible for technical training for global sales organizations at BMC and VMware. He has over 16 years of experience in the Database and Enterprise Applications space, with multiple technologies (relational databases, data warehousing, online analytical processing, enterprise resource planning and virtualization).
Aroni Banerjee is the VP of Operations for Menteon Learning. Besides his passion for creation of newer, state-of-the-art learning products Aroni brings 14 years of operational & HR experience to Menteon. His varied industry perspective of HP & Sun (technology), engineering automation (Honeywell) and banking (Wells Fargo bank) is leveraged for success on a day-to-day basis. Aroni holds a HR MBA from the University of Minnesota.
Ron Bjork is Menteon’s user interface architect. Ron comes to Menteon with more than two decades of experience with UI design, development and technical consulting. Before Menteon, Ron was a senior member of UI teams at LiveTouch, Emergent Game Technology and Vitesse Learning.
Bhavna Mourya is the Manager at Menteon Learning, Inc. She holds a Masters degree in Physics and her passion for the field of education led her to get a Bachelors degree in Education as well. Before joining Menteon Learning, Bhavna was a high school teacher in India and her journey as a teacher still continues as she tutors kids in her spare time.
